The Villa

The Villa is situated over 2 Floors and comprises of 3 Bedrooms Sleeping 5/6 people comfortably and its own Private Pool and Gardens.

WE ARE FULLY COMPLIANT WITH ALL TURKISH RENTAL LAWS AND REGULATIONS

Should you need to cater for a couple more guests the 2 Large Settees in the Lounge both pull out into Double Sofa Beds!

The beautiful Garden is an absolute sun trap and all Sunbeds and Umbrellas are provided. You will also find a traditional Turkish Kos (Chill Out Zone) complete with cushions should you wish to relax more in the shade.

Ground Floor

The first floor of the property has a separate kitchen with fitted cupboards with all white goods to include a fridge freezer, a washing machine and a dishwasher to give that real Home away from Home feel!

There is a lounge area with stunning traditional furnishings and a feature wood burning stove to heat the property should you rent with us in the Winter Months. The lounge is bright and airy and features double aspect double French doors that lead to the pool and terrace area. The terrace can be closed in for the winter months giving the feel of a conservatory and opened up in the summer months to enjoy Alfresco Dining.

There is a downstairs WC and plenty of Storage to pack your holiday essentials away!

First Floor

The upstairs of the Villa comprises of Two very Spacious Double Bedrooms, a further Twin Room and a Large Family Bathroom equipped with even a spacious bath tub to unwind after a hard day sunbathing!

The Master Bedroom also benefits from its own balcony over looking the picturesque mountains and its own en-suite WC.

Villa Location

Villa Kendin-Ol is Situated in the village of Ovacik, between Fethiye and Hisaronu, and nestled between the jaw dropping Babadag and surrounding mountains.

Having arrived at Dalaman Airport your transer is approximately 45 minutes, but sit back and enjoy the Mountain Views along the way.

The Villa is located off the Main Road of Ovacik just a 5/10 minute walk downhill from the Monte Verde Hotel.

The nearest shops are again located on the main road so again just a stroll up the hill away; however most shops offer a delivery service should you not feel up for the stroll.

It is approximately a 10 - 15 minute walk into the more lively resort of Hisaronu for those seeking an endless supply of Shops, Bars and Restaurants.

For those wishing to soak up the Sun at the beach Olu Deniz is a mere 15 minute Drive or Bus Ride away with breathtaking views along the way.

The historic town of KayaKoy is again just a short bus or car ride away should you wish for a day filled with history and Turkish traditions!
